D.E.A.F. the Dublin Electronic Arts Festival runs from 20 - 28 October and will showcase some of Irelands best experimental electronic music, along with artists from Detroit and London.

This years Darklight 4 Digital Film Festival takes place at the Digital Hub, 17 Thomas Street Dublin 8, from the 20th-22th of September. Schedule of events and bookings are available online.

The Warrior written and directed by Asif Kapadia is showing tomorrow night at the Phoenix Cinema, Dingle 8.30pm.

Came across an interesting REM.IX project from REM, the tracks are only available as mp3 downloads from the REM HQ website. Well worth checking out for the Matthew "intended" Herbert remix of I've been high.

STREET WISE ONE is an online exhibition of US "street" inspired art featuring work by Doze.

Esbjorn Svensson Trio are among the acts already confirmed for this years Cork Jazz Festival. They will be playing the Everyman Palace Theatre (Sun. Oct 27th) 2.30pm. more details

This years Kerry Film Festival runs from October 22 - 27 and highlights include
• Screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s ‘Juno and the Paycock’ made in Killarney in 1929.
• Screening of The Irish Film Board’s ‘Short Shorts 2001/2002.

• Platform of Kerry Film Makers.
