Showing at the Phoenix Cinema in Dingle on Tuesday the 14th is Rabbit-Proof Fence . The film is a moving story based on the true story of three young Aborigine girls, removed from their mother in 1931, for 'Dillution' back into 'white' Australian society. They escape, followed by the authorities and walk 1,500 miles home following a rabbit-proof fence.
