The search begins for Marvin Gaye Live at Montreux: Marvin Gaye, Casino, Montreux, Jul 7 1980

also found this interesting post on another list:

"the best Marvin live recording is Belgian....
Some of the best Marvin singing I've ever heard is in the rare Belgian TV documentary "Transit Ostend". Very sensitively filmed as he (temporarily) recovered from drugs and depression in Ostend working up his comeback last album, it's a haunting beautiful film which touches your heart in every frame. Marvin strolling around the cobbled streets of Ostend in a long dark coat, wandering into a bar chatting with local fishermen who've never heard of him, walks into a little Belgian church and sings the Lord's Prayer in a church with tears in his eyes, plays great gospel piano singing a slowed down Come Get To This (a bit like London Palladium version)/Distant Lover on an empty theatre stage; and a backroom band rehearsal with his visiting American musicians has a brutally raw "I Want You" and "Grapevine". I've had a treasured VHS since it was last on UK TV mid 80's but it's now seemingly on DVD with a new title "Marvin Gaye Soul Searching" from DVD Source. It's got a nasty cheap cover with an inappropriate mid 60's shot of Gaye - take no notice. As I understand it (awaiting my copy now) this is "Transit Ostend" which has been previously impossible to buy. If so: All Marvin fans please get this before it disappears again for another 20 years."

Sounds good but that site doesn't have it in stock, niether do amazon etc.
A tracking mission!

Not bad clothing site: Paper Doll designer Canadian stuff prices quite cheap because of good exchange rates.

Also wicked t-shirt (pricey though):Marvin
nice:The illest...

Drinking now-:)
1950 Ch. Pétrus Pomerol only £12,000 stg at: Berry Bros. and Rudd Not SO bad considering it is a magnum!

Wines wines wines.
Top of the list this morning is Guigal Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2000. Given a rating of 90-92/100 by Parker. Will reach it's peak in 2008-10 available from Chateau Online. Available for just under EUR25.

A great crisp, fresh white the 2002 Selaks Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is now available from Karwig Wines, EUR15 best left to age for another 3 - 6 months all indications are that this will be even better than the superb 2001 vintage.

Stay well away from the Fox Creek Vixen Shiraz/Cabernet Franc (Sparkling, N.V. also available from Karwig Wines EUR25). It's dangerous, and that's all i have to say about that.

Those with access to BBC radio 1 tune in to Gilles Petersons worldwide show this wednesday night - special guests in the studio are Hip Hop legends from Philadelphia The Roots.

Showing at the Phoenix Cinema in Dingle on Tuesday the 14th is Rabbit-Proof Fence . The film is a moving story based on the true story of three young Aborigine girls, removed from their mother in 1931, for 'Dillution' back into 'white' Australian society. They escape, followed by the authorities and walk 1,500 miles home following a rabbit-proof fence.
